Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary content, access, credentials, and assets required for development.
  • Review deliverables and provide timely feedback or approvals.
  • Assign a single point of contact for effective communication (recommended).

Any delays caused by missing information, late approvals, or non-response from the client may impact the delivery timeline.

Project Timelines & Delivery

We provide estimated timelines based on project scope and information provided by the client. Timelines are dependent on client cooperation and may change if:

  • Project requirements change during development.
  • The client delays approvals or feedback.
  • Third-party services or tools cause delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side issues or third-party platform limitations.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the invoice schedule or agreed milestone plan.

  • An advance payment may be required before project initiation.
  • Milestone-based payments may be applied depending on project size and structure.
  • Failure to pay on time may pause the project until pending payments are cleared.

If payment is overdue by more than 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend services and withhold deliverables until payment is completed.

Refund Policy

Since we provide custom and time-based services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has started.

If the project is canceled mid-way, the client is required to pay for the work completed and time spent on the project until cancellation.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may include or depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, or software tools. The client agrees that:

  • Third-party tools may charge additional fees.
  • Third-party services have their own terms and policies.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

Maintenance & Support

Maintenance and support are offered only if included in the project agreement or purchased separately. Unless stated otherwise, maintenance does not include new feature development.

Any post-launch improvements, updates, or fixes not included under support plans may be billed separately.
